On Monday 10^th October 2016, we had the very great pleasure of welcoming the Honourable Kevin Rudd, Australia’s 26th Prime Minister (2007-2010, 2013); Foreign Minister (2010-2012) and the Chair of the ICM, to open our 2016-2017 events series. He gave a fascinating and comprehensive lecture entitled ‘Global Governance In A Fragmenting World: The Future Of The UN’.  The event was chaired by Lord Lothian, GSF’s Chairman.
