Lord (Mark) Malloch-Brown, formerly No.2 to Kofi Annan at the United Nations and presently Foreign Office Minister for Africa, Asia and the UN, will be addressing the Forum. He will be talking on “Finding Britain’s Way in a Multilateral World”.  GSF’s Chairman Michael Ancram will be in the Chair.
