On Tuesday 20th March, we were delighted to welcome to GSF, General Sir Richard Barrons KCB CBE, Commander Joint Forces Command (2013-2016). He gave a lecture entitled ‘The Innovation Imperative: Transforming Western Defence’  which was chaired by Lord Lothian, GSF’s Chairman.
