On Tuesday 18th June, GSF Advisory Board members the Rt Hon Sir Menzies Campbell CBE QC CH MP, Leader of the Liberal Democrats 2006-2007, the Rt Hon Sir Malcolm Rifkind QC MP, Foreign Secretary (1995-1997) and the Rt Hon Jack Straw MP, Foreign Secretary (2001-2006) spoke in a debate entitled, ‘Three Years On: Is the Coalition Government’s Foreign Policy Still “Clear, Focused and Effective”?’, which was chaired by Lord Lothian, GSF’s Chairman.
