Dr Jamie Shea and Lord Lothian

On 16th July, Dr Jamie Shea, Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Emerging Security Challenges at NATO, gave GSF’s second July lecture, entitled ‘Emerging Security Threats In The New Global Landscape: Is There A Role For NATO?’  The event, the last in GSF’s 2012-2013 season, was chaired by Lord Lothian.
