We were delighted to welcome to GSF Professor Yoon Young-kwan, Professor Emeritus, Department of Political Science and International Relations, Seoul National University; Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Republic of Korea (2003-2004). On Tuesday 22ndJanuary, he opened our 2019 events programme with a lecture entitled ‘Denuclearization And Peace-building On The Korean Peninsula’ at an event which was chaired by John Everard, British Ambassador to North Korea (2006–2008).
